St. Louis Fire Damage is Extensive

A house fire left significant fire damage to this St Louis structure. Before reconstruction and remodeling could begin, the charred remains of the framing, banisters, door, and some furnishings had to be removed. Not everything is salvageable. The location was allowed to sit vacant for several months, so it was almost dry but there was some mold colonizing beginning. The technicians, now working in a cleared out environment, treated the exposed areas for fungi and microbial growth by using foggers and air scrubbers. Ozone machines, thermal foggers, and odor destroying products were used to purge the structure of foul smells and unhealthy conditions.
